ALL deposits/payments are non refundable.
•We kindly ask if there are Pets 🐾on the property of the event, to not be left unsupervised where the inflatable will be installed to avoid any damage to our units.
•To keep our drivers on schedule, Please have designated area where inflatable will be installed clean of any pet waste/objects prior to delivery.If pets are on property PLEASE have them isolated while crew is delivering/setting up!
Items anchored down by our FKJ crew are NOT to be moved by anyone else •Any lost or damage caused to the items rented will be charged for its full value, plus any loss in revenue . DO NOT USE: Inflatables in winds over 15 mph.
*General Release/lndemnity/Hold Harmless: Customer acknowledges they are fully responsible for safe operation of all rented items.*These provisions apply to, but are not limited to, any injury, death, damage, claim or liability which may arise
