1. Release Of Liability And Assumption Of Risk.

If participants are under the age of 18, they MUST bring a waiver document 
signed by a parent or legal guardian on the day of the event.
 If you require a waiver sent to you via E-mail please ask
 at the time of placing the order.
2. No person is permitted to participate in game without Adult Supervision.
3. Prior to participation please remove shoes, eyeglasses, and loose fitting jewelry.

4. Food, beverages, or chewing gum is not permitted during participation.

5. All Participants must obey instructions provided on operating this attraction.
6. A maximum of one participant with a minimum height of 48'' is permitted on mechanical Bull. Rider weight shall not exceed 300 lbs.
7. Spectators should not sit or lean on game while observing and should remain a minimum of three (3) feet back away from inflatable amusement device.

Contestant must be in good physical condition to participate.

2) HAVE BACK, NECK, OR HEART PROBLEMS
3) ARE PREGNANT

6) HAVE LIMP PROBLEMS
7) HAVE PHYSICAL OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS
8) ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
9) HAVE A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL AILMENT OR CONDITION
10) HAVE HAD A BACK, NECK OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF SKELETAL OR MUSCULAR PROBLEM OR PRE-INJURY
11) HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HEART TROUBLE OR NERVOUS DISORDERS
  SAFETY OF YOUR GUEST IS OUR FIRTS PRIORITY, THE OPERATOR'S DECISION IS ALWAYS FINAL

By renting our items customer acknowledges and agrees to the below: ALL Deposits/Payments are non refundable. Items installed/set up by our F.K.J team, are NOT to be repositioned by anyone else. DO NOT USE: Inflatables in winds over 15 MPH, Tents in winds over 20 MPH. NO open flames or cooking near or under tent. •Any lost or damage caused to the items rented will be charged for its full value; plus any loss of revenue. *General Release/indemnity/Hold Harmless: Customer acknowledges they are fully responsible for safe operation of all rented items. These provisions apply to, but are not limited to, any injury, death, damage, claim or liability which may arise.
