By renting our items customer acknowledges and agrees to the below: ALL Deposits/Payments are non refundable. Items installed/set up by our F.K.J team, are NOT to be repositioned by anyone else. DO NOT USE: Inflatables in winds over 15 MPH, Tents in winds over 20 MPH. NO open flames or cooking near or under tent. •Any lost or damage caused to the items rented will be charged for its full value; plus any loss of revenue.
*General Release/indemnity/Hold Harmless: Customer acknowledges they are fully responsible for safe operation of all rented items. These provisions apply to, but are not limited to, any injury, death, damage, claim or liability which may arise.
